Toyota 4Runner 2003 is a midsize SUV and this year model started the most recent fourth generation of 4Runner models. The eight-cylinder engine was first time available and the model's appearance had sort of a major redesign. The six-cylinder engine was still available as an option; and there was a choice of either 4-speed or 5-speed automatic transmission.
